Step 1

You, or your agent, can book a free consultation with our Stylist at your property, at a time convenient to you.


Step 2

Whether the property is vacant or occupied, it is important for us to assess; ease of access to the property, the style and feel of the home, room uses and sizes, lighting, special features and outdoor areas. This typically takes 30 mins.


Step 3

A written quote is prepared and emailed to the client.


Step 4

The client accepts the quote, by calling or emailing to advise their verbal or written acceptance. A contract with terms and conditions is emailed along with a separate invoice. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your installation date.


Step 5

The remaining 50% balance via credit card or direct deposit is required to be received and cleared minimum 48 hours before the installation date.


Step 6

The fun part! We assess the style, size and colours of furniture and accessories appropriate for your home, label them, wrap and reserve for you.


Step 7

On the day the trucks are loaded in the Harvey Tink warehouse and checked off by the stylist (who then accompanies the truck to the property and oversees the delivery and unpacking of the furniture). Placement of the furniture is then undertaken by the Stylists. The trucks typically arrive at the property between 8.30am - 9.30am. This process can take between 3-6 hours, depending upon the size of the project. A large project may take the whole day. We work closely with the agent and photographer to ensure a seamless process.


Step 8

Upon notification by the agent or client, the furniture is collected by a Harvey Tink Stylist and removalist team.
